Within this commitment Hi Class Cleaning Pty Ltd have a work-based Rehabilitation Program available for all staff members.

Hi Class Cleaning Pty Ltd will ensure the workplace rehabilitation process is commenced as soon as possible after a work-related injury/illness, in a manner consistent with appropriate medical guidelines, and in consultation with all appropriate parties.

All Hi Class Cleaning Pty Ltd staff are to be aware that the early return to work is the normal and expected outcome.

Hi Class Cleaning Pty Ltd will endeavour to provide suitable duties for a staff member with a work-related injury/illness, as an integral part of the rehabilitation process.
Hi Class Cleaning Pty Ltd will ensure that a staff member participating in a rehabilitation program will not be disadvantaged.
